Contest, Classes, and Egg Show Fun



The annual Egg Show Decorated Egg Contest theme is:

                                                       “NATURE -COLOR:  LAVENDER”

Decorated Eggery submissions are encouraged and may be submitted by all dealers, exhibitors and club members.  The public and all those attending the show will judge the contest. Judging is based on best workmanship and adherence to the show theme   2020 theme: Nature.

After Show Quickies

Saturday, immediately after the show.  Debbie Botts Poster, Russ Hagen and Linda Martin will each teach a short surprise quickie for your enjoyment to use in or on an egg.  You won’t be disappointed.  Cost $35.00 per person.  Must sign up in advance of the show so instructors have a head count.  Sign-up on registration form.


 

Meet & Greet

Those attending from out of town, staying in a hotel, Show participants, are invited to attend our vendor “Meet &Greet” on Friday evening at 5 pm at the show location. If you are interested, please respond on registration form that you will attend.

Dealer and Exhibitor Information


Dealer Tables will be 6’ x 2.5’. Dealer set up time will be 8am-5pm on Fri. April 24th.

Exhibitors Tables will be 6’ x 2.5’. Exhibitors may set up between 10am-5pm on Friday, or 8-9am on Saturday.

All Exhibitors are restricted to the display/sale of their own decorated authentic egg  shells or teachers with items pertaining to their class. Anything else requires a dealer table.

All tables must be covered to the floor on all display sides.

All tables must remain in place until the close of show at 3pm on Sunday.  Breaking down early, without permission, will eliminate you from participating in our show again.


Participants may have a small TV tray type table behind their main table, but we cannot accommodate card tables.

Electricity is available for dealers. Additional availability is limited and uncertain at this time. Anyone using electricity must furnish extension cords in safe, working condition.


All items displayed must be allowed to be photographed.  If you choose not to allow an item to be photographed please do not display it !!!

Tables will be assigned at the Show Director’s discretion. All contracts need to be postmarked by March 15, 2020. No tables will be reserved without payment in fu
ll.

Program Advertising


Needs be copy-ready and submitted by March 10, 2020. Ads appear in the showprogram distributed to all visitors. Pricing is listed on the registration form below.

 

Sales Tax:             
6% in Pennsylvania and is the sole responsibility of vendors.
